On April 23, 2025, a monumental spiritual milestone was reached. On the auspicious day of Krishna Paksha Dashami, under the Dhanishta Nakshatra, in the Chaitra month of the Swastishri Vishwavasu year, a sacred ritual—the Simhadwaram Bandhana Gadapa Puja was performed, marking the ceremonial opening of the temple’s gateway.
Leading this divine moment were Shri Venerable Gattu Shankar Garu, Chairman of the Kshetram, and Mrs. Sravani Shankar Garu, who observed a profound spiritual niyam (vow). With devotion, they placed their right foot at the Simhadwaram (Lion Gate), opening the path for all devotees to follow. This sacred step marked the first darshan of Lord Kailasanadhu, forging a bridge between the earthly realm and the divine.
As part of the ceremony, special pujas were also conducted at the sanctified space where the twelve Jyotirlingas are being installed. Each chant and offering intensified the spiritual atmosphere, enveloping all present in the grace of Lord Shiva.
